Mmm-mmm good!

If you followed me on my last posts about Turkey about a year ago, you would have seen several pictures of my favorite bread EVER. It's called: Simit!

It is really delicious...I truly wish there was a way for me to make it. I think it would be too difficult, although it is on perhaps I'll give it a try sometime!

On another note, our plans for the state's are official. We'll be visiting our beloved Texas on May 29th...which is 3 weeks away! I'm full of many emotions--excited, nervous, stressed, etc. to name a few! I haven't been to the state's in over 2 years, so I think it's going to be very interesting for us. One of the things I'm looking forward to doing upon arrival (after seeing family, of course!) is eating green salsa. Tex-Mex is the BEST! I think it's sad that one of the first things I think of about the state's besides family/friends is green sauce!! Where are my priorities?!

Anyways, more on that later. :) In the meantime, enjoy looking at this picture and just imagine this bread being crispy on the outside and amazingly soft in the inside. If you're now wanting it and don't have access to it, my apologies! :) That's what you get for reading my post! ;) Tomorrow, I promise, it will not be about food!
