Facebook | Business

So who doesn't like Facebook?? If you're anything like me, you at minimum check it twice or three times a day! When I say that out loud I think to myself - I need to get a life! :)

SNOW!

Call me crazy, but I've never made a snowman before until yesterday!

If you have been watching the news, then you would know that a lot of places have been hit with massive amounts of snow in the past few days - Dallas was one of them! It was SO much fun yesterday playing in the snow. This is a luxury that I never had growing up in Houston. You NEVER have snow and if you do it never sticks - especially this much!

Traveling to work was surreal, as everything looked like a postcard. Snow fell hard all night on Wednesday, all day yesterday and into the night tonight. It is crazy how the snow is still outside on our lawn! It's beautiful! :) I love it.

So as I mentioned before, it was my first time to make a snowman. Here he is:

    

His eyes, nose, smile and buttons are made out of cough drops! ha! That's all we had! :) We got creative. My husband and I did it together. I don't know if he's still alive in our front yard, but it was SO much fun making him! :)

My Favorite Things | GAMES!

One of my favorite things to do is play games - not just any games, but specifically board games.

One game in particular that we got for Christmas was called, "Killer Bunnies." 

It's not your typical game. There are tons of rules upfront, but once you get them down it is SO much fun. Some friends introduced us to the game last year and we loved it so much that we decided to ask to receive it for Christmas.  

And then we got my mom hooked! :) 

So, I think everytime we go now, we will be play Killer Bunnies together. It's just too fun NOT to play!! 

So, if you are ever in the mood to splurge and just get a great game, get this one! It is loads of fun! :)

Yes...I know we're dorks... :)

Josh and I visited some family and had some fun this past weekend. While we were having so much fun we decided to take a few really goofy shots of us. :) It was fun. And fun to edit, too. :)

  

My lovely husband. :) He's so handsome. I love his new beard. 

What blows my mind is that we've been together now for 8 years, and married almost for 3. It's so crazy how time flies!!

On the next pictures of me, you'll see that my hair is drastically shorter. It was an accident. I got it cut about 2 weeks ago. The guy that cut my hair didn't speak English very well (this has happened to me before...you'd think I would have learned the first time!!) and he didn't quite understand what I wanted. This is what I ended up with. At first I despised it and cried quite a few times. Now I like it and am almost on the verge of loving it. I mean, I really have no choice. So I can either be sad or just happy I have hair. So I'll choose the latter. :)

 

We're okay with our dorky-ness. :)
