This photo is from the Red Fort--a Historical spot in the city we live in. The architecture is intricate, and the history behind this place is amazing. They have headphones and a narrator-pod that you can use around the entire place, to learn about why things were made the way they were and history about the Mughals. Joshua and I were so fascinated by it all! In fact, we took so much time we were not able to complete the tour. We hope to go back and finish it.
So I was going to use this next picture as the photo of the week, but, I decided to stick with my rules of using the 50mm f1/4. It's hard to not want to bend the rules, but I really want to stretch myself in this project!
This was taken at one of the busiest metro terminals in our city. This place is always packed full of people--it's hard to even move at times!! These escalators are normally jam packed with people, and I've always wanted to stand their with my camera and get a good shot of all the moving people. We happened to be traveling through the station and I decided to stop for a second since I had my camera with me.
Hope you have an awesome week! This week's photo is coming soon!
